These are the SuperNegotiate essays. They are published on Substack, and this page is the index: the title, the date, and a line on what each one is about, with a link to the original. New pieces appear there first. The publication covers spend analysis, supplier negotiation, and how a procurement team buys and runs software, including the contract you sign for model usage.
The notes and the product share a name because they are the same work. The notes are not release notes. They are the argument underneath the product: how a category should be sourced, what a fake competitive process costs you the next time you invite the same suppliers, and why a token is a worse unit to leave unnegotiated than a seat. Company updates also go out on LinkedIn.
If you want the software rather than the essays, the pricing page has the seat rules and the trial is where a real event starts, with your own suppliers and no account. Nothing on this index is a customer case study. Where a piece uses figures, those figures belong to that piece.
